Apex Zune Video Converter is a program that helps you convert video from many formats such as AVI, DivX, XviD , MPEG, VCD, DVD, RM, RMVB, WMV, ASF, MOV, Quicktime to a Zune compatible format. You can also extract audio to MP3, WMA, WAV, MP2 files, and extract the first frame of a video to GIF, or JPG image files.
You can select a profile according to the quality you prefer, or configure output parameters like video size, bit rate, frame rate, format, audio bit rate, channels, volume, samples, etc.
Features of this program include batch conversion to allow you encode multiple files simultaneously, and the ability to trim video (specify start and end position of a clip or segment to convert).
This is a basic application with a simple interface without some desirable features, (I especially missed some editing tools), but it works fast and if you only need to convert files it should be enough. If you want to test this software, a free trial is available for download.
